Life in America is fast approaching warp speed; there’s so much to do and so little time! Instead of managing our lives, life seems to manage us.
We join Randy Frazee, Max Lucado in a program designed to help Christians rediscover the importance of true engagement with self, family and neighbors. Making Room for Neighbors is a five-part series designed to help Christians get back to the things that really count–from sitting around the dinner table together, to reaching out to the people around you–creating true relationships. By mindfully engaging with family, friend, and neighbors–and ourselves–we live more deeply, minister more effectively and help to grow the body of Christ.
"As for God, his way is perfect; the Word of the Lord is flawless. He is a shield for all who take refuge in Him." Psalm 18:30
Home Groups are where you'll find opportunities to serve our church family and our community. It is where you'll develop deep and lasting friendships. That's why we encourage every person who attends Christ Covenant Church to be involved in a home group.
Each Home Group is a tightly-knit family that also warmly welcomes newcomers. Meetings typically include sharing a meal, prayer, worship and a time of learning. They meet biweekly for study and discussion on topics that are relevant to today's challenges.
For more information about any of these groups talk to or email one of the Home Group leaders or send an e-mail to christcovenant@windstream.net
